Active Unregistered Animals
Animals previously reported and not selected to be registered at that time are given a "U" registration number. These animals are called Active Unregistered Animals.
Upgrade Unregistered Animals to Registered
How to upgrade an Unregistered Animal
1. The Active Unregistered Animals option can be found under the Herd Details tab.
2. Once the Active Unregistered Animals screen opens, select the unregistered animal you want to upgrade by clicking anywhere in the row with the animal's information. The row should be highlighted in blue.
a. If the list contains a large number of animals, remember to use the "Search" tool or the "Filter" options to easily locate animals.
3. Once the animal is selected click the "Edit Animal" button.
4. The Update Held or Unregistered Animal screen will open.
5. Upgrade the animal by clicking the Register drop down arrow and selecting "Registered." Be sure to give the animal a name as well.
6. Click the "Update Animal" button to complete the registration.
