Reports
All AHA performance and production reports can be found under the tab "Jobs & Reports."
From the Jobs & Reports tab select "View Reports & CSVs."
1. Select the type of report you wish to view from the "Select Report Category" drop down.
Performance and Inventory: Any performance related reports. For example: When you analyze a calf crop, that report can be found under "Performance and Inventory."
Association Instructions: ?????
Accounting: The accounting reports screen is an archive of all previous packing slips and monthly statements.
Data Extracts & CSVs: Extract files for herd software (GEM or CattleMax) users.
2. Once you've selected what type of report you want to view a list of those reports will populate.
- To view a specific report click on the blue text in the "File Name" column.
- To refresh the list of reports click the "Refresh Report List."
Performance Report Details:
Dam Production Summary Report
The dam production summary was designed to track the lifetime productivity of a cow. The summary shows Herd IS number, registration number, age, the number of male and female calves produced, average calving ease score, and calving interval.
A dam's progeny will be summarized according to average birth, weaning, and yearling ratios. Plus, her latest expected progeny differences (EPDs) and accuracies for all traits will be listed.
Potential Defect Carrier Report
The Potential Defect Carrier report is generated from selected criteria using the Potential Defect Carrier Report found under the Jobs. See Jobs for more information.
Herd Bechmark Report
The herd benchmark report is a summary of genetic trends within a herd and compared to the entire Hereford breed.
Weaning Worksheet (Form 2)
A performance worksheet that can be used to report or view recorded weaning weights. The weaning weight is taken when a calf is accustom to food other than its mother's milk (110 - 300 days old).
Yearling Worksheet (Form 3)
A performance worksheet that can be used to report or view recorded yearling weights. Yearling weight is taken when an animal is a year old or in it second year
(301 - 530 days old).
Barn Sheet (Form 3a)
The barn sheet is an ultrasound processing worksheet. The sheets helps organize scan weight, date, and group management codes.
BW WW YW Report (Form 4)
The BW WW YW report is a group and individual performance summary of a calf crop.
Calf Crop EPD Report (Form 5)
The calf crop EPD report is a group and individual EPD's summary for the entire calf crop.
Ultrasound Report (Form 6)
The Ultrasound report is a group and individual scan data summary for a calf crop.
