Stored Registration Certificates
Stored Registration Certificates
MyHerd offers the convenience of electronic storage for registration certificates. It eliminates the paper shuffle and mailing error, while increasing the ease and efficiency of registrations and transfers.
Contact AHA to enroll in the electronic registration certificate storage service.
Registration certificates are held in the system (stored electronically) when the registration and/or transfer fees are paid in full.
Again, certificates are stored once all fees are paid. Registration certificates are only stored for animals registered or transferred after your herd is enrolled in the electronic registration storage program.
Hard copy registration certificates may be released from storage at any time.
How to release a hard copy registration certificate
1. Hover over the "Actions" tab and select Rego Certificate Release.
2. Click the box to the left of an animal's registration number to select an animal or multiple animals.

How to use the Search tool
The Search tool is a text box that allows users to type in a herd ID, part of the name or registration number to search for a specific animal in a list.
• The list will be filtered down as you type the animal's Herd ID, name, or registration number.
How to use the Filter tool
The Filter tool is an easy way to filter down your animals to a particular list you're wanting. When on a list of animals, such as Active Registered Animals or Rego Certificate Release, click on the icon that looks similar to a funnel. This will bring up a drop down menu for you to choose from. You can filter lists based on Sex, Calving Year, Calving Season, or Animal Status.
